The suppliers that we use constantly change and update their ranges of products and levels of stock. We try our very best to keep the site up to date with these changes but from time to time an item maybe out of stock that we have yet to update on our website. If this occurs then we submit a full refund without delay.
You have 30 calendar days to report an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3 calendar days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In some circumstances we can help or reimburse for shipping costs depending on the nature of the issue with the product.
All the prices of our products include UK wide delivery.

All purchased goods will be delivered within 5 working days of placing an order. If there is a problem or the items are damaged following a delivery you must report this to us within 7 calendar days to email@example.com. We cannot accept any return after this date. This is the policy as set out by the courier and so we have no control on this.
Some items however are made to order and can take up to three weeks to make and deliver. This will be advised of at the time of order.
For any damaged goods caused during delivery the courier company will be liable for paying the return shipping costs.
